Reiki Healing & Chakra Balancing
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces pain, stress, and anxiety through gentle touch. Your reiki practitioner Ashley will use her hands to deliver energy to your body through chakras and other focus points, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Chakras means "wheel" and refers to energy points in your body. If the location the chakra is in is out of balanced or blocked, it may affect the parts of the body connected or close to that chakra.
Reiki Healing with Ashley includes a cord cutting exercise and an extended chakra balancing front and back of body. Try a Chakra Balance if you are unsure about reiki but want to try a quicker session or just in need of a quick chakra tune up.

Vibration Therapy
Vibration therapy goes perfect with all of our services but can also be used alone. Benefits include: cellulite reduction, injury prevention & reduction, improves lymph drainage & circulation, reduces inflammation & back & neck pain, strengthening, faster warm up tool, low impact muscle workout. Pick this option for use of Vibration Therapy Board alone for full 15 minutes or adding on to a session for full 15 minutes. Can be added to any service.
